Olivia is the first addition to my newest collection of adorable character pups called Puppy Love. Olivia is a cute, girly pug puppy who is a modest and aspiring dancer. She likes to bounce around in her tutu and sings along to almost any song she hears (by howling and barking of course). She is always the center of attention, but also happens to be gentle and caring. Her lifelike figurine was made from wool fibers, the wired base having been created from carded wool and undyed wool roving, while her coat was skillfully created out of Royal Baby Alpaca fleece. This figurine, in particular, possesses many fine, artistic details such as her intricate paws, small nails, lifelike muzzle, color-rich coat, and brilliant, big brown glass eyes. Olivia is featured with her favorite, handmade, beaded tutu as well as a bright pink taffeta bow. Olivia measures to be 6 x 9 x 9½ inches (15 x 23 x 24 cm).

Olivia was a winner of 2013 TOBY Industry's Choice Award in the category Bear or “Friend” using Nontraditional Materials by Teddy Bear & Friends Magazine.
